Salon Information

We are situated on Bunyan Road in Kempston which is about 2 miles from Bedford town centre.

The salon sits behind number 48 Bunyan Road which is directly opposite the Sainsbury's petrol station.

​

Although we do not have parking at the salon, there is parking spaces for one hour on Bunyan Road or alternatively free parking in the Sainsbury's (Saxon Centre) underground car park. The entrance to this is on Bunyan Road beside the petrol station

Due to the situation of the salon we do not have provision for disabled parking, however, we are fully committed to ensuring access to our services for all. 

This means that if you have any disability or special needs, we will make arrangements to ensure your safe entry into the salon and for your stay with us. Just contact us, with your needs, and we will do the rest.

Our Team work hard to accommodate all our clients needs and as such it is important that we ensure booked appointments are attended as much as possible, However we do recognise that things can happen and that you may need to cancel or change your appointment, so we have this policy in place to be fair to all our clients and our team as missed appointments do have an adverse effect on them.

Booking fee: 

To secure an appointment a Non-Refundable booking fee will be required at the time of booking. This is deducted from the final amount on the day of the appointment.

Cancellation of appointment:

Please give 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment. Giving this notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment to another time and will enable other clients who are awaiting appointments to fill the cancelled slot, this also does not then have an adverse effect on our team who, as self employed, would not be paid for the time lost through a non attendance. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge and then an additional booking fee to re-book.

Clients who have previously missed two or more appointments will be asked to pay in full at time of booking.
